Key Responsibilities

• Operate RTA public buses safely according to assigned routes, schedules, and traffic regulations.
• Ensure passenger safety and provide professional customer service throughout the journey.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the bus is safe and roadworthy.
• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated bus stops.
• Follow RTA operational procedures and instructions from supervisors and the Operations Control Centre (OCC).
• Report accidents, vehicle defects, breakdowns, and safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct while on duty.

Job Requirements

• UAE Driving Licence: Heavy Bus Category 6, authorized for buses with a minimum capacity of 45 seats.
• Qualification: Minimum Secondary School Certificate.
• Experience: Relevant heavy bus driving experience.
• English & Psychometric Tests: Must be able to pass basic English and psychometric tests conducted by a third party in Dubai.
• Age Limit: Below 44 years.
• Good communication skills and knowledge of road safety regulations.
