JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for the Operational Supervision on the Offshore Artificial Islands.

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for the operational supervision on the offshore artificial islands.
• Maintain exemplary standards of operation and safety.
• Ensure company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards are met.
• Demonstrate visible leadership on all HSEQ matters.
• Report and investigate any accidents, incidents, or near-miss events.
• Participate in daily toolbox talks, monthly safety days, and weekly/monthly safety meetings.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures and report any changes.
• Interact with clients and subcontractors to ensure safe and timely operations.
• Supervise daily operations and lifting activities on the islands.
• Monitor the operations/lifting teams to ensure adherence to company procedures.
• Identify potential career development opportunities for staff.
• Complete and submit reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure projects meet client expectations and are completed in a timely manner.
• Conduct additional duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification

• Graduation or Secondary schooling education with solid work experience.
