Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the Mathematics, Science, and English curriculum in accordance with Ministry of Education policies and regulations.
• Prepare annual and term-based lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Apply modern teaching strategies to enhance student learning and engagement.
• Design assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain accurate academic records.
• Provide academic support for struggling students and enrichment activities for gifted and high-achieving learners.
• Maintain professional relationships with students and coordinate with counseling staff to address individual learning needs.

Requirements for Expatriate Candidates

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum degree duration of 3 years; a Master’s degree is desirable.
• Teaching experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time, post-qualification teaching experience in a school setting without an accepted teaching qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time, post-qualification teaching experience with an accepted teaching qualification.
• Accepted qualifications/certifications: Ministry of Education Teaching License, B.Ed., PGCE, or QTS. A Master’s degree is desirable.
• English proficiency: IELTS Academic 6.0 or IELTS General Training 6.5 for non-native English speakers.
• IELTS certificate must not be older than 2 years.
• Maximum age: 45 years
