Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual, semester, and daily lesson plans aligned with the kindergarten curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Deliver engaging lessons using child-centered teaching strategies and active learning approaches.
• Plan and implement classroom and extracurricular activities that support children’s development.
• Monitor and assess children’s learning progress using observation and evaluation tools.
• Analyze assessment results and maintain accurate records of children’s progress.
• Develop remedial plans for children who need additional support and enrichment activities for gifted and talented children.
• Support children’s physical, intellectual, psychological, and social development.
• Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Kindergarten Education.
• Degree Duration: Minimum 3-year degree.
• Teaching Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-time teaching experience in schools.
• Candidates with an accepted teaching qualification may qualify with a minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience.
• Accepted Qualifications: UAE Ministry of Education Teaching License, QTS, or PGDE.
• English Proficiency: Very good English proficiency for non-native English speakers.
• IELTS Requirement: Minimum IELTS Academic 6.0 or General Training 6.5, valid at the time of application and not older than two years.
• Preferred: Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
