Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of solar power systems, including solar panels, batteries, charge controllers, breakers, and junction boxes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot UPS systems, including batteries, battery chargers, rectifiers, inverters, and distribution panels.
• Assist with maintenance and inspection of 415V electrical systems, following safe isolation and de-energization procedures.
• Measure and verify voltage, current, resistance, continuity, and battery parameters using multimeters and clamp meters.
• Assist in the maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of Motor Operated Valves (MOVs) and associated electrical components.
• Perform cable laying, cable pulling, glanding, and termination activities.
• Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and basic Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
• Follow electrical safety procedures, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and safe working practices.
• Identify electrical faults and report defects or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience, preferably in Oil & Gas facilities.
• Practical experience in solar power systems and UPS maintenance.
• Knowledge of 415V electrical systems and safe isolation procedures.
• Familiarity with electrical testing instruments, including multimeters and clamp meters.
• Experience with MOVs, cable laying, glanding, and termination.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and basic SLDs.
• Knowledge of electrical safety requirements and LOTO procedures.
• Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
