Duel Attendants (Oil and Gas)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· To ensure safe operating procedures are adhered to for all activities within our area of responsibility and all PTW’s are in place.
· To ensure that all accidents, incidents, and near miss events on the islands are reported and investigated in accordance with company requirements.
· Ensure all equipment is prepared, maintained and in clean working condition in accordance with ADNOC standards and manufacturer instructions.
· Carry out a pre-use inspection of any bunkering tanks, fuel hoses/lines used, if any problems report to Supervisor immediately
· Ensure that the area is free from any ignition source when bunkering and/or refilling.
· Ensure the operated vehicle has valid 3rd party & zone II certification including valid registration before proceeding with Operations.
· To ensure that the correct PPE for the activity is provided and in good working condition prior to carrying out any operation.
· Ensure that a banksman is in attendance whilst moving the vehicle.
· Ensure that the vehicle is adequately earthed before proceeding with bunkering or refilling duties.

 QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Minimum Qualification
· Be a minimum 21 years of age.
· Educated to a minimum qualification of higher secondary school certificate or equivalent
qualification.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
· Must have chemical handling / Fuel handling training plus hazardous material handling.
