Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, student-centered Business Studies lessons that encourage active participation.
• Ensure students achieve the expected learning outcomes in Business Studies.
• Create a positive, interactive, and English-rich classroom environment.
• Identify students’ learning needs and guide them towards achieving their educational objectives.
• Prepare and conduct assessments in accordance with approved assessment strategies and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement and academic performance.
• Build positive and effective relationships with colleagues.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Commerce, or a related field.
• Degree Duration: Minimum 3-year degree.
• Teaching Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-time school teaching experience.
• Candidates with an accepted teaching qualification may qualify with a minimum of 2 years of full-time school teaching experience.
• Accepted Teaching Qualifications: UAE Ministry of Education Teaching License, B.Ed., M.Ed., NTS, PGCE, PGDE, H.D.E., H.E.D., DELTA (Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training), CELTA (Master’s level only), or TESOL (Master’s level only).
• English Proficiency: Excellent English proficiency; TOEFL iBT score of 94–109 or an accepted equivalent.
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years.
• Must obtain a Teacher’s License within the first two years of joining.
