Assistant Accommodation Coordinator

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist in the allocation of accommodation rooms to employees.
  • Maintain accurate accommodation occupancy records and reports.
  • Coordinate employee check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of accommodation facilities and report maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and facility upkeep.
  • Ensure accommodation complies with company policies and local regulations.
  • Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness standards.
  • Handle employee accommodation-related requests and complaints.
  • Maintain inventory records for accommodation assets, furniture, and equipment.
  • Assist in arranging transportation for employees when required.
  • Prepare monthly accommodation reports and occupancy updates.
  • Support camp administration and welfare activities.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hospitality, HR, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accommodation, camp administration, facilities management, or hospitality.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor camps and accommodation regulations is an advantage.
