Plan and deliver engaging, effective, and curriculum-aligned lessons in the assigned subject.
Prepare lesson plans, learning activities, instructional materials, and assessments based on students’ learning needs.
Monitor and assess students’ academic progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Apply effective classroom management strategies to promote student engagement and learning.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and progress.
Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support student achievement and overall school objectives.
Participate in school meetings, training programs, professional development activities, and other school events.
Follow school policies, curriculum standards, safeguarding requirements, and applicable UAE Ministry of Education requirements.
Maintain professional standards and effective communication with students, colleagues, parents, and other school stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience; or
Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a recognized teaching qualification such as PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
Relevant teaching experience in the subject being applied for.
Strong subject knowledge and demonstrated ability to deliver effective lessons.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Native English speakers and bilingual candidates fluent in both Arabic and English are preferred.
IELTS Academic overall band score of 7.5 or above, with the certificate issued within the last two (2) years.
