Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, effective, and curriculum-aligned lessons in the assigned subject.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning activities, instructional materials, and assessments based on students’ learning needs.
• Monitor and assess students’ academic progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Apply effective classroom management strategies to promote student engagement and learning.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support student achievement and overall school objectives.
• Participate in school meetings, training programs, professional development activities, and other school events.
• Follow school policies, curriculum standards, safeguarding requirements, and applicable UAE Ministry of Education requirements.
• Maintain professional standards and effective communication with students, colleagues, parents, and other school stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience; or
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a recognized teaching qualification such as PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
• Relevant teaching experience in the subject being applied for.
• Strong subject knowledge and demonstrated ability to deliver effective lessons.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Native English speakers and bilingual candidates fluent in both Arabic and English are preferred.
• IELTS Academic overall band score of 7.5 or above, with the certificate issued within the last two (2) years.
