Job Purpose

Drive sales growth and market development for welding consumables, welding equipment, and related industrial products by developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell welding products and industrial solutions to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across fabrication, manufacturing, construction, and industrial sectors.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market share growth.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and secure customer orders.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide technical and commercial support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer records.
• Follow up on quotations, outstanding payments, and customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,  or any related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Welding Products, Industrial Products, or Engineering Supplies sales.
