JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for the coordination and tracking of chartered in and owned assets for operational status, maintenance, invoicing & documentation validation. Providing support to manage day-to-day requirements of vessels assigned to each team.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Coordinate fuel and freshwater reservations for offshore fleet vessels within 2 working days.
· Update operational statistics, signed by superintendents by the 3rd day of the next month.
· Send ADNOC L&S “On Hire / Off Hire” summary to vessel owner after approval.
· Ensure monthly receipt of vessels’ daily deck log sheets.
· Track fleet maintenance (minor) & dry dock (major).
· Monitor renewal of asset certificates & compliance with field documents.
· Ensure crew rotation onboard vessels complies with ADNOC standards.
· Maintain a database of assets and crew documentation.
· Generate and issue summaries for assets’ operational status.
· Carry out tasks assigned by superintendent and line manager.
· Assist with process improvement upon approval.
· Initiate e-correspondence as advised.
· Coordinate with GS and subcontractor for navigation license and security passes.
· Provide updated field charts to offshore vessels and maintain records.
· Organize Field Entry Permits and communicate with ship-owners.
· Maintain updated records of vessel inspections and follow up on COAP progress.
· Monitor timely close outs for COAP on vessels.
· Manage and organize vessel certificates and document requirements for stakeholders.
· Perform any other tasks to support offshore fleet vessel operations.
· Adhere to ADNOC success factors as assigned by the operations manager.
· Address any other KPIs generated during the fiscal year.
 QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
· Diploma degree in (Marine/ Oil & Gas Industry/ Business Development) or equivalent.
· Background and working knowledge of offshore support vessel or Marine Operations is preferable.
· Good knowledge of offshore equipment, systems and associated regulations.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
· 3 years of experience in offshore operations and related activities within the oil & gas industry
