Emiratization is a strategic initiative by the UAE government to integrate Emirati nationals into the workforce
Emiratization initiative, in line with the UAE Government’s federal NAFIS program is part of Al Sahraa Recruitment’s strategic goal to maximize employment of UAE Nationals. We are committed to increase Emirati representation in our company.
Our aims to make Emirati human resources more competitive and give them the ability to work in the private sector by ensuring the Emiratization targets to achieve beyond the target set by MOHRE advantages of joining the Nafis program. We also provide work experience that helps students shape their career goals and study opportunities, by giving students the opportunity to complete their internships at Al Sahraa as part of their compulsory study program.
Internship program
Our internships offer UAE nationals short-term unpaid available to students, whether they are in high school or are undergraduates or post-graduates looking to complement their formal education, our internships provide career-related experience at private sector.
Students who are interested in applying for an internship at AL SAHRAA must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be a UAE national, but applications of students with valid residency visas will also be considered.
- Have an official letter from their current education institute stating the purpose and importance of participating in the internship.
